By the Book Doer
Primary motivation: Doing a good job the right way
Strengths: Diligence, professionalism, and the ability to handle high-stakes situations
Weaknesses: Inflexible, might not be as willing to think outside the box for creative solutions
As a by-the-book doer, you've learned that policies and guidelines are generally there for a reason, so you prefer to play by the rules. You tend to work well in larger companies with a defined job description as part of a department or team.
Usually, when a problem arises, there are a lot of eyes on you and the situation, so the stakes are high. You are a hard worker who likes things done properly. Your attention to detail allows your bosses to rest easy, knowing it will be done right.
Hands-on Enthusiast

Weaknesses: Imposter syndrome can be a struggle, might lack experience or certifications, especially early in career

Weaknesses: Stretched across multiple projects, being too busy (and the macro viewpoint) may prevent them from understanding useful details both about team members (and the best way to use their skill sets) and possibly the technical aspects needed to make important decisions
As a manager personality, you likely excel at managing people and projects. While you might not do most of the tasks yourself, your triage skills are epic, ensuring things get done on time and on budget.
