How It Works
After you reach out to us with a hardware problem by phone or by quote form, our Help Desk will open up a service ticket. You'll then engage with our engineers to start the troubleshooting process. Once we diagnose the issue, we'll talk about what steps to take next.

- Up to 2-hours remote diagnosis, parts and labor excluded
- Monday-Friday, Business Hours (scheduled on a best effort basis)
