We are a third party maintenance provider offering aftermarket hardware support for servers, network, and storage devices. We do more than just fix what's broken — we partner with our clients to create hardware solutions tailored to their unique needs. Wondering if we can support your device?

If it is an enterprise (server, storage, or networking) device, more than likely, the answer is yes! We provide support for most major OEMs. If you're wondering about a specific model, give us a call, fill out the form, or click on the OEM below for more details about the individual models we support.

Support for EOL, EOSL, EOSS, Post-Warranty, Etc. Devices

We can provide support for EOSL and post-warranty devices from most major OEMs. And we've got a whole EOSL Resource Library packed with information on everything from checking your warranty to preparing for an upcoming EOSL date and more.

Parts Sourcing, Installation Projects and Other Hardware Solutions

Beyond providing hardware support contracts, we can also offer other hardware solutions, including sourcing parts and devices, installation and configuration projects, field engineer services, and even break/fix T&M projects for those not ready for a support contract. Wherever possible, we like to be able to say, "Yep, we can do that."

How much is it going to cost?

Obviously, the answer to that question is - that depends. But here are a few quick hints about costs.

  • You'll probably be shocked at how much you can save over OEM support. We ran some scenarios with prices to give you an idea of specific models and amounts in Third Party Maintenance Costs.
  • Discounts are a thing. You can save money with quantity discounts and multi-year contracts. For example, you could save up to 30% on support for 100 servers over 10 or up to 20% off annually on a 3-year contract over a 12-month contract.
  • No need to worry about price hikes. You might be familiar with the introductory price that seems too good to be true, only to be gut-punched by a renewal price increase. That's not how we do things - we don't raise prices unless there has been a significant increase in our costs (no blanket excuse of inflation from us!).

Major metro areas generally have access to all of our SLA options while more remote locations are determined on a case-by-case situation. Since SLA options may vary by location, it's best to reach out for full details.
